Our Process

Franchise Sales Process

At Strategic Franchise Development we strongly believe that it takes more than just a phone call or two to develop a growth strategy. This is why we require a visit to your location, the opportunity to meet with your team and have both parties look each other in the eye and answer the most important questions and concerns. This is why we enjoy such a high success rate.

Introductory Consultation

During this telephone consultation, we examine what organizations are doing to stay relevant and competitive in this fast-paced world of franchise development, and which ones are doing it best. We will strategize using smart tools, and global resources and our experience in order to understand the implications of every choice our clients can make. We will review all franchise development options that are at your disposal and make strategic recommendations. If it is appropriate, we will schedule an onsite strategic planning session.

Strategic Planning Session

This onsite planning session will be completed by one of our senior team members with years of experience and hundreds of awarded franchises to their credit. Our staff has the capabilities and expertise to take your business to the next level with a well-planned growth strategy. At Strategic Franchise Development, we combine our insights and skills to transform your processes and strategies, and in turn, your company. We’re proud to help shape and improve how our client’s structure and manage their business. We take a deep dive into your company’s ability to sustain growth and support your new franchise owners.

Assessment Report

After our onsite strategic planning session, our team will prepare a written Assessment Report. This report, which is written to share with investors or a functioning board of directors, will have an overview of our meeting and a summary of your business and industry. It will share our findings on what current franchisors are doing well and what they can be more efficient at. It will state the opinions of existing franchisee’s (if applicable), have a competitive price analysis and discuss what a relationship with Strategic Franchise Development will look like. Most importantly it will contain a proposal and a minimum sales commitment.

Implementation

Once an agreement has been completed a team will be assigned to your account. The sales leader will come to your corporate office and spend a full day learning as much as they can about the concept, operations, staffing, marketing and all the great things about your business. They will begin the process of building a marketing plan and prepare your team for what the next 60 days will look like.
